The Story

These Hotside kits allow Revo users to upgrade their set-ups to enable reliable printing at higher temperatures with materials such as PEEK or PEI.

High temperature, abrasive resistance Nozzles

Much like ObXidian, HT-Abrasive nozzles have a hardened steel tip and copper spreader segment to optimise the transmission of heat to the heatsink. This assembly is then coated with Chromium Nitride to provide abrasive resistance up to 500°C.

Fully customisable

Configure your ideal high temperature HotEnd. Choose between a PT100 or PT1000, as well as either a standard heater cartridge (up to 400°C) or high temperature heater cartridge (up to 500°C).

Rapid identification

HT-Abrasive nozzles are grey in colour and have their sizes engraved into them with easy-to-read numbers, so there are no confusing identification markers to learn!

Please Note:
- If your printer is not already using PT100 sensing then an amplifier board will be required to use the PT100 variants.
- You may need to adjust your Z offset when changing nozzles. We do not recommend the use of abrasive materials with 0.25mm nozzles.
- The particle size, especially with fibres, can often be larger than 0.25mm, significantly increasing the risk of clogging the nozzle.
Extension cables are not included. The revo extension cable kit can be used with chamber temperatures up to 80°C. If you require a higher operating temperature you will need to source the extension cables yourself.
